Bailey brings extensive experience in operational excellence, organizational development, and program management to help clients streamline processes, increase efficiency, drive strategy, and improve the employee experience. As a solutions architect, Bailey works with our clients to develop tailored solutions to drive results and support sustainable growth.

Bailey has worked side-by-side her business partner, Chris Steer, to support businesses for 10 years. Her passion for helping others stems from her prior experience as a Health Educator, working in public health and non-profit sectors to include positions at the Alzheimer's Association, Johns Hopkins University Parkinson's Disease & Movement Disorders Center, and the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. She serves on the Board of Directors for St. Vincent de Paul's and Kits to Heart. Bailey resides in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband, toddler, and beloved rescue dog.
