As CEO, or "Chief Energy Officer", Chris brings extensive experience leading and developing executives, teams, and organizations as a seasoned entrepreneur and operator, business and leadership advisor, and attorney. He has founded and partnered in several achievement-oriented businesses while also serving as a trusted advisor and counselor to hundreds of organizations and leaders. As a former Division 1 college athlete and a longtime coach, Chris has a deep passion for effective leadership and high performance.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Next One Up and Johns Hopkins Lacrosse Advisory Board.
